Back in the groove.......

We finally are settled enough (I think) that I can get back to blogging......not that I was all that faithful about it to begin with, but I'm back anyway. We moved into a two bedroom townhouse in Moses Lake, WA, and are on the lookout for our first house here. For those of you who don't know, Luke got a job with REC Silicon here in Moses Lake as a process engineer. They've recently built two new plants on site and Luke will be in charge of the one that starts up in July-ish (it's scheduled to open anytime between June and August). Luke loves his job, which is good, cuz he's stuck with it for at least a few years. One thing that makes his job even better is he really likes the people that he works with. A few of the guys at REC have families with kids around the same age as our girls, so the times we've done stuff with them the girls actually enjoy themselves as well. We found a preschool for Jenna that had a few kids move out of the area just before we got here. So, luckily, they had a few open spots. She goes every weekday from 9 to 1, allowing me to have some time to actually accomplish something at home. She's made lots of friends and comes home singing at least two new songs everyday.

I am on the countdown to nursery! Miriam is extremely good for her age at church, but I would absolutely love to be able to concentrate on the whole lesson in either Sunday School or Relief Society! Only 3 Sundays left..........

Jenna and Miriam jumped on the chance to play in the cupboards before we got everything unpacked.
We had some extra space in the closet under the stairs, so we put the kids' books in there. Jenna loves to go to the "library". She'll shut the door so Miriam won't bother her and literally spends hours in there.
